It gives structure to our work by encouraging us to think in terms of work
packages, clarify our needs for each package, and communicate with the
relevant people.
It allows us to identify and clarify synergies between different projects.
It fosters a sense of community by bringing together all members
of the organisation and acknowledging the work that we are doing.
It can serve as a moment for setting intentions and defining SMART goals.
Regarding the ACTION part, it
may be helpful to provide
specific details about when,
where, and what needs to be
done to achieve the goal.
Finally, we can add a
"celebration spot" during the
meeting where employees can
share any announcements they
want to celebrate, followed by a
moment of celebration.

IDOARRT is a simple tool to support you to lead an
effective meeting by setting out a clear purpose,
structure, and goals at the very beginning.
Intention: a weekly exchange on the status of the
projects, without additional workload, moderated,
everyone can have their say

implementation of projects are discussed and tasks are

breath and get on board. Closing

Take off Script
We are taking off in 3... 2... 1...0...
You can feel how the acceleration of the Shuttle presses you more
into your seat.
When taking off, you can still see the surroundings of where we took
off.
Then everything gets smaller, you can see the whole area.
You get a broader picture of the country we took off in and see how
boundaries are only imagined.
We are rising higher and you see the whole continent
Getting higher you can see the whole earth.
While seeing the whole earth, you think about how precious it is.
Take a good breath and preserve that beauty in your heart.
You think about, what you have done in the
past week? And you think on the things you will
do the next days? How can we help protect this
beautiful planet?
You are torn from your thoughts by the
appearance of the moon. We are approaching
it in circles
Getting ready to land. 3... 2...1...
And we are on the moon. Open your eyes. The
door opens, we step out.

We take in the sounds of the environment, take a last deep breath and get on board. You can feel how the acceleration of the Shuttle presses you more into your seat. When taking off, you can still see the surroundings of where we took off. Then everything gets smaller, you can see the whole area. You get a broader picture of the country we took off in and see how boundaries are only imagined. We are rising higher and you see the whole continent Getting higher you can see the whole earth. While seeing the whole earth, you think about how precious it is. Take a good breath and preserve that beauty in your heart. You think about, what you have done in the past week? And you think on the things you will do the next days?
