Bitexco Tower
and Sky Deck
Bitexco Tower is an ultra-modern office tower in
Ho Chi Minh, with a characteristic oval extension

Also known as Cholon Chinatown Market, Binh
Tay Market occupies a two-storey building
along Thap Muoi Street. Travelers can also find
an assortment of handicrafts, lacquerware, and
textiles that are sold in bulk, though goods are
not varied compared to other (more touristy)
markets in downtown Hanoi.
This market mainly serves the local population
with its extensive range of fresh fruits,
vegetables, poultry, meat and seafood from
regions across Vietnam.

Banh my Bun rieu cua Banh xeo
A typical Vietnamese banh my usually made
of chả lụa (pork sausage), coriander leaf,
cucumber, and pickled daikon combined with
condiments from French cuisine such
as pâté, along with chili and mayonnaise.
Bún riêu cua is served with tomato broth and
topped with freshwater crab. "Bún riêu" has a
fresh sour flavor, so Vietnamese like to enjoy
it in summer.
Some common stuffings of banh xeo include:
pork, shrimp, diced green onion, mung bean.
The central-style of banh xeo: a small
pancake broken into small pieces, wrapped
in rice paper, and dipped in a peanut sauce.
