began working for Ryder at the AT&T Kennesaw, Georgia facility in the summer
2015. During his tenure as the Warehouse Manager, I have seen the quality of our
store room and inventory levels improve.
Mr. Myers has established excellent rapport with management and non-
management employees at this location. I have observed Mr. Myers working with
Technicians and Managers to ensure that inventory levels are maintained to near
perfection both at the location and with on vehicle levels. Mr. Myers is focused on
many things including promotion of a safe, clean work environment. He takes pride
in ensuring the storerooms are safe and organized to work.
Mr. Myers's talents are evident in his performance. He displays strong leadership
abilities, logical thinking abilities, and the ability to work well with internal and
external employees. He consistently completed tasks assigned on time and without
errors. Mr. Myers took the initiative to redesign the existing storeroom to make it
easier to find items and more user friendly from an inventory management and
user perspectives. In short, he is a model member of Ryder. Mr. Myers has
assisted his peers with his best practices and helped to train new employees to
ensure 100% compliance.
I have very positive received feedback from managers at this location and other
locations in the area where Mr. Myers provides support regarding the quality of
