Please allow this letter to affirm my recommendation of Carmel Abbgy as a capable, reliable,
and loyal manager. Since she started with Spa Gregorie's nearly 10 years ago, she has not only
grown in her capabilities and responsibilities, but has made significant contributions to Spa
Gregorie's growth and success.
During her tenure with Spa Gregorie's, Carmel grew from Lead Spa Coordinator, to Assistant
Manager, to Spa Director. Her last 7 years with us were as Spa Director, one of the most senior
positions in our company. In each position, she exhibited great work ethic, team spirit,
leadership, and creativity. She directed two spa openings (huge undertakings) and managed
major remodels while remaining open - even bigger accomplishments. An example of her
initiative and creativity is her being a core part of the team that landed us our gift cards being
sold in Costco - an accomplishment achieved 7 years ago that is still going strong today.
Carmel is one ofthe best team leaders I have ever witnessed, she has an innate capability to
motivate and engage her team. She is also proficient with financials, operations, personnel,
and business planning.
In all, I recommend Carmel wholeheartedly as an asset to any organization. If she fits your
resource needs, she will not disappoint.
