CAREER SUMMARY
I am currently running my own small building company, Leisure Style Homes P/L. Building
Residential spec’ homes in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Between the periods of 2004-2007 was the Design Director of T.C.G. Ltd. being responsible
For ensuring all design, construction and contract are as per client’s request, and meet all quality
And regulatory requirements. I also carried the builders licence and was responsible for the quality
Control on a number of multi unit developments.
Between the periods of 1991-2004 was employed by Metricon Homes (Mt Waverley) as an
Architectural Draftsperson, I am responsible for ensuring that final working drawings
(prepared by external contractors) meet Metricon and contract requirements and council
regulations. For the 5 years prior I was employed by Henley Properties (Nottinghill) as an
Architectural Draftsperson, I was also responsible for ensuring that the final working drawings
meet Henley, contract and council requirements and regulations. For the twelve months prior,
Team Three Pty Ltd (Port Melbourne) employed me as an Architectural Draftsman. Working
on a number of Residential, Institutional & Unit Development projects. Prior to this I was
employed with Glenville Homes (Armadale) and responsible for a number of Multi-Storey
projects.
Between the periods of 1985 – 1991 I was associated with Mollica-Calvi Homes & Quidos
Developments and was responsible for all their domestic designs. Prior to my association
with Mollica-Calvi Homes & Quidos Developments I was Self-Employed for a period of 2
years. During this time I designed and built my own home and took a wide variety of
drafting projects.
It was 1982 that I initially completed studies in Architectural Drafting at Moorabbin
Collage of TAFE. Having completed these studies I gained employment with Bayside
Drafting in Frankston. For the initial 12 months I undertook residential projects, after which
time I was promoted to the position of Supervisor (Architectural Division). I held this
position until my resignation 4 years later. During this period I coordinated all Residential,
Light Commercial & Industrial Projects. I was also responsible for all documentation for
liaison with clients and council.
