4. The owners of Wells & West de Mexico have been incorporated as Wells & West,
Inc., in North Carolina since September 3, 1965 with Charles H. West as President.
They are licensed for general construction, utilities, plumbing, electrical, and
heating and air in all of the southeastern United States as well as in Oklahoma
Texas, and New Mexico. In addition Wells & West has operations in Mexico and
has worked in Puerto Rico.
Some of our projects have included many thousand government-housing units,
hospitals, and several hundred miles of water and sewer piping as well as sewer
and water treatment plants for municipalities. For the last twenty-five years, the
bulk of our work in the United States has been extensive contracts with industries
which include American Thread (now Coates American); Aquatech; Avondale Mills;
Baker Furniture; Copeland Corporation; Emerson Electric; Greenwood Mills; Lee
Company; Levi Strauss; Litton Industries; Mount Vernon Mills; United Merchants;
