Our market is a very divers group of businesses. We help SMB’s and yet we are
geared and ready to help larger and Enterprise companies. Our focused Niche is
not Medical, Financial, or any other industries. We focus on Data drivers,
businesses or individual who rely on data for their livelihood and to keep both
their employees and client safe. Our services can give Enterprise services to the
SMB but reduce the over all cost on the Enterprise Companies. The companies
and people within our market are seeing the need to keep some of employees'
home and with the need of always on internet backed with a tailored security
package.

5. Business Model
The way MSP/MSSP see’s returns is through the services we provide. As an
example, the RMM and Anti Virus cost generally the MSP $2.00 a month but sold
at $50 to $100 a month. Since we get our services in bulk, we get it at a lower
price and use that discount to create value to the customers we serve and to
gain new customers.
As we gain contact with Business Owners, we market what keeps them up at
night. We do this to get our foot in the door, and to create a value for service they
need. For Enterprises, we reduce the worry the IT Managers have over their
acquisition of our services or hardware. With the ability to show the value, we
can start marketing services to help create a great ROI. We use this to create
vertical marketing.
As we are moving forward, we are in the need for marketing specialist. We found
Monster Agency. They handle all the social media marketing plus they have a
robust lead generation platform. They offer a 90 day back if not happy.
