As a healthcare executive with a BS in medical biology, a post graduate degree in nursing home administration
and a Masters in Business Administration, I bring both clinical and business knowledge to the table. My
experience includes institutional, community, patient and payer systems, where I have gained a unique and
broad perspective. These transferrable skills have resulted in repeated success across the continuum of care.
I am a change agent. My forte is operational leadership to assure high quality of care and financial success. This

Health Dimensions Group is a fully integrated senior living and health care management and consulting firm.
Interim Regional Director of Operations (2015-Present)
Responsible for the overall operations and organizational commitment to quality patient care and service,
efficient and effective operations and achievement of financial targets for 3 senior campuses whose level of
service includes independent living, assisted living, long term care and post-acute transitional care. Oversight
includes 395 skilled beds with 28M in revenue and 350 employees.
Executive Director Strategic Partnerships and Managed Care (2014 – Present)
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is primary representative in developing
partnerships with hospitals and providers across the continuum of care. This position oversee contracts
with managed care organizations and provide strategic direction to the development of care model design,
programs, business strategies and marketing plans for Health Dimensions Group’s 28 managed communities.
HealthEast Care System, St. Paul, Minnesota 1999 – 2013
HealthEast Care System, Inc., is the largest healthcare provider in the St. Paul area. With an operating revenue
of $928M, HealthEast owns and operates a full continuum of care including 4 hospitals, 14 clinics, outpatient,
community services, emergency medical response and transportation.

System Director Senior Services (2012-2013):
System redesign created this role as a member of the executive team of a newly created business unit. Reporting
to the Vice President/CEO of Bethesda Hospital and Community Services, this role’s primary function is to lead
operations and development of community based senior programming. This includes the areas of Medical Care
for Senior’s clinic, community care management, nursing home/post acute care network management, and
senior services administration. These areas include a total of 35 employees, with a budgeted revenue of $9M.
System Director Government and Special Populations (1999–2012):
This role functioned as a liaison between special populations cared for and the clinical settings providing care,
as well as serving as operational leader for departments under current development. Scope of this role includes
the senior population, diverse populations, recent immigrants and other underserved/high risk populations. Total
budget and employees under supervision ranged from $1M - $12M and 7 to 52 subordinates.
United Resource Networks, Golden Valley, Minnesota 1990 – 1997
United Resource Networks is an operating division of UnitedHealth Group, the largest single health carrier in
the United States. With $110B in revenue, their family of companies delivers innovative products and services
to approximately70M Americans.
Product Manager Cardiac and Pulmonary Services (1999-1999):
Promoted to this position by the Vice President of Contracting, this role was responsible for testing, design and
development of a national network of cardiac and pulmonary providers, bringing a “center of excellence”
approach to patients. Based on market analysis, I recommended this product not proceed to implementation
stage.
Provider Contract Manager (1997-1999):
Reporting to the Director of Contracting, this role was responsible for negotiating all-inclusive contracts with
hospitals across the United States for bone marrow and organ transplant services. Training was provided to
surgeons, clinical and administrative staff upon contract implementation. Maintained ongoing relationships with
Transplant centers as the customer services support.
Walker Methodist Facilities: 1995-1997
Walker Methodist is a non-profit health care provider which owns and operates 11 housing complexes, with 63
million in revenue with 1400 employees.
Administrator, Walker Cityview Health Care Center (1995-1997)
Reporting to the Regional Vice President, my role served as chief operating officer for 170 bed, 180 employee
skilled nursing facility with a budget of $9M.
Jankowski Skilled Nursing Facilities: 1988–1995
The Jankowski family owned 2 skilled nursing facilities in the St. Paul area with a total of 220 licensed beds
and approximately 200 employees.
Administrator, Harmony Health Care Center (1994-1995):
Reporting to the facility owner, this promotion moved operational leadership to the larger of the owned
facilities to include responsibility as the chief operating officer for 150 bed, 180 employee Long Term
Care/Transitional Care Skilled Nursing Facility with a budget of $7M.
