 Responsible for providing information required by 48 states that were conducting Death Master Audits of
Transamerica Life Insurance Company.
 Led team of eight personnel that reviewed approximately 20,000 records while completing audit.
 Used Social Security database to determine deceased insured over a 24-year period. Determined if Transamerica
was insurer of record for all names on Social Security list.
 Created and conducted training program for customer service and claims personnel.
Technical Claim Specialist 2006- 2013
 Responsible for examining Life, Accident & Health Insurance claims and processing Accidental Death &
Dismemberment claims.
 Provided pertinent information for legal department during audits from various regulatory agencies.
 Received complaints from state insurance agencies, third parties and consumers.
 Worked with manager claims examiner, legal counsel, medical directors and claims assistants to resolve all issues.
