P2: Create a plan for a cross media advertising campaign
in response to a client brief.
Different advertising media’s
There are many different types of advertising medias such as 1) direct mail (2)
newspapers and magazines (3) radio advertising (4) television advertising (5) film
advertising (6) outdoor advertising (7) window display (8) fairs and exhibition.
When films are advertised on a bus there are many different ways a film can be advertised such as
T - side Super sides Bus Rears & Bus Backs

Effects and themes
There are many different affects and themes
that can be used to advertise horror films. The
use of effect would draw the audience/target
audience’s attention as it very appealing and
wanting you to know more about that film and
what happens. The use of colours can also
attract the views attention and gives an
indication of what is happening.
Horror Colour
Palettes
In my poster to advertise my film I am going to use the colours
red, black, white, grey, green, as these colours that represent
horror to me. The colour theme in a film and poster is important
because it creates tension and can describe what is happening.
What my film is going to consist
The advert content that will be included will be simple but affective. It will be modern-day with a forest in the
back ground.
What recourses I am going to use
• Sony vagas
• Photoshop
• Adobe Indesign
