Specialised in the removal/installation of components, scheduled maintenance, rectification, functional

 Involved with development projects for the delivery of equipment to operation areas, including the
technical authorship and testing of the systems.
 Working from drawings, instructions and testing procedures to carry out all tasks, which include
incorporating modifications and technical instructions.
 Maintaining technical equipment, inputting, extracting and recording of technical data.
 Organise and Control Health & Safety and Quality Assurance matters to maintain all safety
standards, endeavouring to maintain the process to the highest order, including COSHH, DSE and
Risk assessment.
 Quality auditing of computerised and manual documentation up-to ISO 9001 standard.

Employed as an engineer, encompassing the mechanical and electrical aspects of all weapon systems.
Completing engineering tasks at all depths of maintenance on fixed wing aircraft including: Tornado,
Typhoon, Lynx and Chinook, progression from producer to senior line manager. All this has been carried
out in a variety of locations both in the UK and abroad in both austere and Main Operating Bases. With
diverse range of experience including; armament equipment bays, training establishment, as a lecturer
/ head of department, an evaluation unit, team leader / project manager. A highly effective
communicator able to instruct/lecture across all mediums to deliver formal training material and assess
against specified standards. Controlled an inventory in excess of a million pounds and associated support
infrastructure.
