Royal Air Force 1997 – Present Day
Employed as an engineer, encompassing the mechanical and electrical aspects of all weapon systems.
Completing engineering tasks at all depths of maintenance on fixed wing aircraft including: Tornado,
Typhoon, Lynx and Chinook, progression from producer to senior line manager. All this has been carried
out in a variety of locations both in the UK and abroad in both austere and Main Operating Bases. With
diverse range of experience including; armament equipment bays, training establishment, as a lecturer
/ head of department, an evaluation unit, team leader / project manager. A highly effective
communicator able to instruct/lecture across all mediums to deliver formal training material and assess
against specified standards. Controlled an inventory in excess of a million pounds and associated support
infrastructure.
