Production Supervisor
Employed on the FPSO Aoka Mizu
I joined Bluewater during the construction stage of the Aoka Mizu in
Singapore and have been with this project from construction through
commissioning and on to full production. As Production Supervisor I am
responsible for maximising production whilst ensuring safe and efficient
operation of process and utility systems within the installation safety
management system and to the standards demanded by the regulatory
authorities. I also act as area authority for all spaces which come under the
auspices of the production department. Oversee relevant work permits for
work to be done and ensure that all regulations and codes of safe practices
are complied with at all times. Also in my role as Production Supervisor I
have to act as Assessor within the Bluewater Competency scheme
supporting and ensuring production personnel reached the required
standard of competency.
I have been Production Supervisor for past 4 years and prior to that I was
CRO.
2005 - 2008 WOOD GROUP ENGINEERING (NS) LIMITED

Employed Offshore at Talisman’s Clyde Platform.
Responsible for starting up and operation of separation facilities, water
treatment plant, gas compression and utilities, making adjustments to well
production/well streams, carrying out laboratory duties i.e. BS&W
samples, analysis of produced water. chlorides, operating and adjusting
chemical injection pumps to give the optimum operational and cost

Isolate and de-isolate equipment as directed, to the standards specified in
the Talisman SSoW.

duties and log the required equipment readings in operating areas
