 Evaluated existing voice network architecture, new technologies (in an effort with other organizations) revolving around
VOIP solutions, instituted standard configurations/processes.
 Acted as tier 2 & 3 support to the NOC organization for VoIP related issues, and assisted network maintenance activities.
