I’m writing this letter as a very positive reference for Patrick Knight as he pursues new
career opportunities. Patrick worked for Marine Biotech as a Senior Service Technician
while I was President of Marine Biotech. Patrick was one of our most valued employees
when it came to providing service to our customers. His high quality standards and
fundamental appreciation for customer satisfaction led him to perform a variety of
technical and customer service activities at a very high level.
Patrick joined Marine Biotech with a strong technical knowledge in a variety of areas,
including electrical and control wiring, plumbing and construction-related trades. He
proceeded to rapidly learn the details of aquatic life support systems and translate his
experience into valuable skills in assembling and servicing such systems. There were very
few situations in which Patrick was not able to diagnose and resolve systems issues while
working in the field. His resourcefulness and communication skills allowed us to
confidently deploy him into a wide variety of situations. I’m certain that his skill set has
only increased in this area since he worked with me.
Patrick brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic and open mind to his job. I believe
