To Whom It May Concern:
I’ve had the distinct pleasure of working with Patrick Gutzwiller over a 20-year period. I
first worked with Patrick in the 1980’s at Cimco in Costa Mesa California. Years later
Patrick joined me at Craftech Corporation where his title was Maintenance Manager.
During those years of working with Patrick I had the pleasure of working with a
Gentleman whose professionalism was admirable to say the least. The following are just
a few examples of his qualifications that would make him an asset to any company
fortunate enough to have him work for them.
• Leadership – Patrick has a gift of presenting himself to his subordinates and his
peers in a light that is conducive to teamwork and dedication.
• Organizational Skills – One of Patrick’s strongest attributes. Has the ability to
rally the employees that are best suited for each individual project. Great at
meeting or exceeding timelines.
• People Skills – The toughest job for any Manager is dealing with his/hers
employees. Patrick has a professional demeanor that gives him the utmost respect
from his employees. Patrick if fair but firm and is well noted in the Industry has a
Manager who is a leader by example.
• Communication Skills – Weather it’s a Customer, Vendor, Peers, or Upper
Management, Patrick has the ability to communicate exceptionally no matter
whom he’s interfacing with. Patrick exhumes confidence without appearing
arrogant. A quality that most high caliper Managers has trouble adhering to.
• Knowledge of the Industry – I’ve had the sincere pleasure of admiring what
Patrick brings to the table. This gentleman is very well rounded in every facet.
Automation, technology, tooling, troubleshooting, empowering the workforce are
just a few of the area’s that Patrick brings to a company.
As you can see I’m a sincere admirer of Patrick’s accomplishments over the years. He
would definitely be an asset to any company who are looking for a Management Leader
