as teachers but as friends

Why? Because it’s fun! (Girls are more inclined to
dancing than singing) It is symbolic for releasing
inhibitions and breaking free, and dancing will help them
remember the experience

We want them to acknowledge their worth, that they can go back into society, despite discrimination. Don't allow yourself to be discriminated/marginalized! They also have to be motivated. They work on incentives. They don't think that they can succeed anyway.
