Trivia: Most common theory in films and
fiction books.

Clue: a woman wearing the same
clothes as Mary Kelly was seen twice
after her murder.
Pros:

• Similar DNA found in both Jack

before he committed suicide.
Clue: In his suicide note he states that
he’s more and more mentally ill and that
death is the best option.

Clue: Recognized by a witness as the
murderer of Catherine Eddowes in Mitre
Square.

Sudden end: Crimes stopped when he
moved to The States.
Clue: Similar crimes occurred then in
New York and New Jersey.
Trivia:
• Abberline’s main suspect.
• Executed after being found guilty
of a triple murder.

before he was poisoned by his wife.
Clue: He admits being The Ripper in a
document presented as his diary.
Trivia: Diary found in 1992. But experts
in 2013 still can not decide if it is
genuine or a fake.
