PROFILE OF Dr.C. PARAMASIVAN Dr.C. PARAMASIVAN is an Assistant Professor in the PG and Research Department of Commerce, Thanthai Periyar Government Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. He has teaching experience for over 22 years. He completed his B.B. A, M. Com, M.Phil. , M.A Economics, M.B.A Finance, M.Sc. Psychology , M.L.I.Sc. and Ph.D., He passed SLET in Commerce and NET in Management. He has produced 60 M.Phil. and 23 Ph.D. degree holders under his guidance. He has also published 30 books and 180 research articles. He has completed MHRD, ICSSR, ICSSR IMPRESS and UGC sponsored major research projects and organized many seminars, workshops, trainings and awareness programmes sponsored by UGC, ICSSR, NHRC, RGNIYD, EDII, TNSCHE and ICT ACT. Dr.C. Paramasivan is All India President of Indian Academic Researchers Association, Founder secretary of Indian Accounting Association of Tiruchirappalli Branch, Fellow member of United Writers Association of Indian Life members of Indian Commerce Association, Association of Economist in Tamil Nadu, Society for the Advancement of Library and Information Science and Indian School Psychology Association. He is one of the well-known resource persons in research methodology, entrepreneurship, Human rights, women empowerment, banking finance, personality development and career guidance.
