CSF with associated polymorphonuclear
neutrophils.

3. Gram stain of Streptococcus
pneumoniae with WBCs.
Meningitis.

5. Culture on chocolate agar show :
1- Growth of Neisseria meningitidis on lower left.
2- Growth of Streptococcus pneumoniae on top.
3- Growth of Haemophilus influenzae on lower right of a CAP.

6. Culture on blood agar show :
1- Growth of Neisseria meningitidis on lower left.
2- Growth of Streptococcus pneumoniae on upper left.

9. Gram stained Cryptococcus neoformans.
Meningitis.
