Reason 1: They want to know more about you, such as what kind of employee you are.
Reason 2: They want to know your work experience secretly. Also, find out how your previous job
experience has improved your employee behavior.
Reason 3: They want to choose the best talent for the company.
Q1. How do you deal with stress?
Whether you are an accountant or branch manager of a bank, you will face work pressure. This is
inevitable.
Don't say that stress can make you panic or frustrate. Be optimistic.
Sample answer: In my last job as a project manager, I had to deal with a project. I have a schedule to
meet. Unfortunately, due to some medical reasons, two of my members were unable to complete the
task. It increases the workload of the remaining 10 members. We must work overtime to complete the
task on time. After extending the work schedule, we completed the task on time.
Q2. Are you lucky?
For managers, this is one of the toughest interview questions. Now, the main purpose of asking this
question is to know what type of employee you are: optimistic or pessimistic.
Sample answer: I always think I have received many different blessings in my career. In the past ten
years, I have held three different positions as a manager. I have worked in retail and wholesale portals. I
have gained enough work experience. Every job has helped me improve my work behavior and overcome
some weaknesses.
Q3. How often do you receive important feedback?
As an employee, no one is perfect. Your managers and supervisors will usually provide some important
feedback. Even if you get them from a colleague. Hiring managers are interested in understanding your
weaknesses.

Q5. Why are you leaving your current job?
This is one of the most common interview questions and undoubtedly the most difficult one. Don't give
any false reasons to resign. If you do, it will cause problems for you later.
The hiring manager must ask your former employee why. If your reason is different from his reason,
then your hiring manager will think you are a liar.

Q6. Tell me a moment when an obstacle must be overcome
We all have some life problems, sometimes big and small. Regardless of the nature of the obstacle, you
can explain it in the answer.
Example answer: As a retail manager, once I have to meet a customer who is very angry with the store
manager. He checked the big discounts for the first 250 customers we mentioned on the online page. He
said that he was an early bird, so he was entitled to a 50-70% discount. My store manager tried to calm
him down, but the situation became critical. Just when I interrupted this matter. I brought that customer
to my office. Explained the situation to him. To cheer him up, I give him a 25% discount on any goods he
wants to buy from our store. He wants that solution.
