This is a product which can be applied directly to the production site.
It is checkable on the site whether the products are defective as CANTOR has a built-in feature memorizing
CAN, PWM, Digital Output and electronic resistance output.
Built-in CAN communication restoration function
In any cases, CAN communication failure and stop do not occur as the restoration function is equipped for poor
communication occurred by poor impedance matching during CAN communication. This demonstrates an
excellent performance when using CANTOR to product endurance test which takes a long time.
High-precision open collector PWM output
CANTOR can connect maximum 50V as it has a built –in Open collector PWM output. In addition, PWM is able
to do frequency control as well as Duty rate control at the same time, and it is possible to output up to 0-10KHz.
The frequency can be controllable with 0.1Hz unit up to 0-600Hz.
Built-in electronic resistance function
CANTOR has a built-in electronic resistance 3 Channel. In the case of the test of Fuel Gauge on automobile
cluster, it is tested by using an external variable resistance.
During this process, it is required to make a separate resistance board. However, CANTOR can be tested
without making any separate resistance board as it has an internal electronic resistance. CANTOR also
supports separate external resistance connection terminals 3 Channel in order to test by connecting an external
resistance without using the internal electronic resistance.
Easy portability
CANTOR is a small size of 25cm (width) x 20cm (length) x 7cm (height), and handles are equipped on a side
for easy portability.
Supports K-Line and LIN communication 1 Channel.
Supports USB 2.0 communications.
Both AC 220V and automotive power supplies are available.
It is designed to use CANTOR by using automotive power supply when AC 220V power supply is not available.

Features
Support easy and diverse CAN communication environment of 4 Channel
Desired CAN communication environment can be built just by replacing CAN Bus Driver of High CAN and Low
CAN. It also supports a variety of Byte Endian such as Motorola and Intel.
Diverse tests can be usable just with simple settings.
The users are able to edit the desired tests into Excel sheet type and use them with GUI (Graphic User Interface)
software provided with the product. By using Excel sheet, the control information such as Digital Output, PWM,
CAN and electronic resistance can be set. This allows CANTOR to be applied to test site easily and fast.
No additional costs are generated for the test equipment.
When using CANTOR for automotive cluster test system, the perfect test system can be configured just with
CANTOR without any additional system.
CANTOR is a reliability tester based on CAN communication which is the most suitable for the
site conditions.
CANTOR was initially developed as a portable tester for Cluster integration test of automotive cluster
manufacturer in 2005.
CANTOR supports various CAN communications formats including Intel and Motorola.
CANTOR supports 4 CAN communications. This means 4 products can be independently and
simultaneously tested when testing products with CAN.
High speed CAN and Low speed CAN can be used by combining them just with the replacement of
CAN Bus Driver.

The GUI program that comes with the CANTOR will help you to use CANTOR more easily.
CANTOR supports a variety of outputs such as PWM, Digital Out (Sink/Source) and electronic

Frequency and duty rates are simultaneously variable for PWM, and in the case of Digital Output,
equipped over current protection circuits for each signal protects the device from damages due to an
over current of output signal.
In addition, electronic resistance provided from CONTOR makes the same test with a general resistance
test possible by entering the desired voltage.
