Summary
HiTV is a popular and cost-free
application catering to a vast user
base of over 500k users.
It offers a wide selection of
entertainment options, with a
particular focus on various genres
such as Korean Dramas, Thai Dramas,
Japanese Dramas, and more.

OVERVIEW
6. A comprehensive survey form was distributed with
the aim of conducting in-depth research on user
pain points and acquiring valuable insights to
effectively address the identified challenges. In
addition to the survey responses, a meticulous
analysis of user reviews obtained from Playstore
and various social media platforms was
undertaken.
The survey form & reviews from Playstore and
social media platforms further validated the
identified problem.

● 77.8% of Users uses HiTV to watch Kdramas.
● 63% of Users wants to see recent series as they
release them.
● 92.6% of Users wants to be able to use the Desktop
version of HiTV
● 82% of IPhone Users wants to be able to use HiTV.

● Multilingual support for subtitles
● Resolving UI design issues for improved usability
● Prioritizing the development of a desktop version of
HITV to expand the product's reach and
accessibility.

Name: Miss Ifunenya
Age: 25 Years old.
Occupation: Kculture Fan & Tutor
25-year-old Nigerian living Asaba, Delta State. She
grew up in a multicultural household with which
created an interest in exploring other cultures. She
graduated from a local university with a degree in
Marketing and now works as a Tutor in a Digital
marketing institute.

Name: Funmi
Age: 21 Years old.
Occupation: N/A (KDrama Fangirl)
Funmi is a huge fan of Korean dramas, also known as
Kdramas. She developed a passion for Kdramas during
her teenage years and has been an avid viewer ever
since. She spends much of her free time watching the
latest Kdramas, re-watching her favorite ones, and
discussing them with fellow fans on online forums and
social media groups.

bigger screen (Desktop).
● Funmi wants the release of all
episodes at once to be able to
discuss trending Kdrama shows
