19. Requirements of a master franchisee:
• You must believe and apply easyGym’s proven model, systems and standards to your territory.
• You are expected to own and run a corporate site(s) and have positive cash flow.
• You must have the capital to purchase the license rights for a fixed term and develop the easyGym
brand in your country.
• You must also have a commitment to agree and achieve both 5 and 10 year development plans.
• You understand the cultural and legal conditions of your licensed terroritory/ contractual country.
• You are expected to have a strong network in your territory and contacts with local financial
institutions.
