Personal Cruise Specialist (Developing existing customers and Cold
Calling)
After intense induction of a 4 week training programme covering the
extremely wide range of the Cunard and P&O brand.
I have spent 10 months on the Direct team, taking calls covering
every conceivable questions imaginable and booking over 100
cruises in my 1st month, 3rd in the Company.
I’m now in the Outbound department calling customers direct who
have not travelled with us for some time or have never travelled with
us before & maintaining them as my Personal Passengers.
I’m currently working with the Promotions team calling specific
passengers related to the specific Cruises.
*I have also the experiences of travelling personally on 52 CRUISES
on different brands around the world.

repairs, personal injury payouts, statements and location reports etc.
This is using reverse selling and negotiating skill to reduce costs to
the minimum whilst ensuring customer satisfaction. I have built up
an excellent rapour with all my handlers and the Management. I
have been congratulated and commended for my work in all areas,
on many cases during my time with this Company.
