I work on the Special Service Request sub-system. Analyzing and validating the
business and functional requirements, working on functional design, writing
specification and documentation of SSR booking solutions. Monitoring
implementation phase and testing the delivered product with user acceptance testing
and functional verification testing, release and functional roll out to customer.
Investigation and maintenance in the second level product support, quality
assurance. Decommissioning the applications and functionalities. Provider integration
and application customization, customer migration. Role taken as Scrum Master in an
agile project.
As Scrum Master, I organize different meetings like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum,
Sprint Review, Sprint Refinement and Retrospective, make sure that the DEV team
has no question on the PBIs, help the team to reach a consensus during the Poker
Planning, isolate the team of external interferences during the Sprint, remove the
impediments, foster the team’s self-organization and help everyone in understanding
and following the agile process
