The project is about an important branch in the medical field which is known as pathology. After
we take the sample from the patient the first stain determines whether the sample is infected or not. If
the sample is infected. The abnormal color pass through the next stage begin to make segmentation
for the stained area. We begin the preprocessing in order to qualify it for calculate the
immunostaining intensity by using the optical density (protein ratio).
