Flowchart. Have you ever come across a problem and said to yourself,
“If itwas me, I would have done so and so differently”? Inthis week’s
assignment, you will have an opportunity to do it your way. When we
begin a new endeavor, it is always great to know where we are headed.
After all, we don’t just build a house and decide where to locate the
rooms once the work is completed. In much the same way, any
organization should have a good vision of where they currently are, and
where they are going.
For your Final Paper, you will be required to create and explain a
proposed logic model. This week, you will begin creating the
Assumptions/Issues portion of the model. For those without a particular
field, you may choose a field that most closely aligns to your future
educational career.
For this assignment, you are to place yourself in the role of a workplace
educator who is proposing a program evaluation to the leadership team
of your organization to implement some innovative way to accomplish a
task or fix a problem. You are to choose a topic related to your
educational field that can be used in the remaining weeks as well as the
final paper (refer to final paper guidelines to get a better idea if your
topic will be useful). You will create a flowchart using Microsoft Word
that shows the steps needed to accomplish the particular task you chose.
For example, suppose you work in the registration department at a
college. What are the steps needed for a student to enroll for the first
time? Please make sure to pick a specific action that needs to be
accomplished. You will need to provide a minimum of 10 steps. Refer to
the following examples of flowcharts:

Inputs/Resources. For your Final Paper, you will be required to create
and explain a proposed logic model. This week, you will continue
creating a portion of the model (the inputs/resources section). For those
without a particular field, choose a field that most closely aligns to your
future educational career.
Refer to the Logic Model Development Program Implementation
Template found in the appendix of the Kellogg Foundation Logic Model
Development Guide, Using Logic Models to Bring Together Planning,
Evaluation, and Action: Logic Model Development Guide,as an
example.
Place yourself in the role of a workplace educator who is proposing a
program evaluation to the leadership team of your organization that will
implement some innovative way to accomplish a task or fix a problem.
For this assignment, you are to build upon your written assignment from
Week One, and look at the resources and inputs that are needed in order
to accomplish the task or fix the problem you have chosen.
Using Microsoft Word, you will create a portion of a logic model that
details the inputs and resources that are needed in order to accomplish
your mission. In keeping with the example for Week One, some possible
inputs for the registration department would include: application forms,
computer access, personnel, etc.
You will need to provide a minimum of four inputs/resources in a table
format. Below the table, you are to provide a narrative that further
explains the inputs and resources being used. Note that you will use this
week’sassignment as part of your Final Paper.

EDU 618 Week 2 Journal Validity
For more classes visit
www.snaptutorial.com
Validity. View the video Reliability and Validity. Discuss how validity
applies to an assessment you have given in your current professional
position or an assessment you received as a student. For example, as a
student you have certainly been given a test in class at some point. How
might the professor have gone about checking for a type of validity?
Choose at least two types of validity to discuss for your chosen
assessment

EDU 618 Week 4 Outputs

Outputs. This week, you will build on your Program Evaluation
Proposal due in Week Six, by creating the Outputs portion of the logic
model. For this assignment, you are to build upon your prior written
assignments and look at the outputs that are needed in order to
accomplish the task or fix the problem you have chosen.
Place yourself in the role of a workplace educator who is proposing a
program evaluation to the leadership team of your organization to
implement some innovative way to accomplish a task or fix a problem.
Refer to the Logic Model Development Program Implementation
Template found in the appendix of the Kellogg Foundation Logic Model
Development Guide as an example.
Using Microsoft Word, you will create a portion of a logic model that
details the outputs that are needed to order to accomplish your mission.
In keeping with the example for Week One, some possible outputs
would include: percentage increase in registered students, a certain
number of “new interest” forms for potential new students, etc.
You will need to provide a minimum of four outputs in a table format.
Below the table, you are to provide a narrative that further details and
expands on the outputs being used. Note that you will use this
week’sassignment as part of your Final Paper.

EDU 618 Week 5 Outcomes
For more classes visit

Outcomes. This week, you will build on your Program Evaluation
Proposal due in Week Six, by creating the Outcomes portion of the logic
model. For this assignment, you are to build upon your prior written
assignments and look at the outcomes that are expected from the
proposed program evaluation logic model.
Using Microsoft Word, you will create a portion of a logic model that
details the expected outcomes. In keeping with the example for Week
One, some possible outcomes would include: students will find it easier
to complete the registration process, students will see acceptance results
within some specified timeframe, etc.

  • 1. EDU 618 Week 1 Flowchart For more classes visit www.snaptutorial.com Flowchart. Have you ever come across a problem and said to yourself, “If itwas me, I would have done so and so differently”? Inthis week’s assignment, you will have an opportunity to do it your way. When we begin a new endeavor, it is always great to know where we are headed. After all, we don’t just build a house and decide where to locate the rooms once the work is completed. In much the same way, any organization should have a good vision of where they currently are, and where they are going. For your Final Paper, you will be required to create and explain a proposed logic model. This week, you will begin creating the Assumptions/Issues portion of the model. For those without a particular field, you may choose a field that most closely aligns to your future educational career. For this assignment, you are to place yourself in the role of a workplace educator who is proposing a program evaluation to the leadership team of your organization to implement some innovative way to accomplish a task or fix a problem. You are to choose a topic related to your educational field that can be used in the remaining weeks as well as the final paper (refer to final paper guidelines to get a better idea if your topic will be useful). You will create a flowchart using Microsoft Word
  • 2. that shows the steps needed to accomplish the particular task you chose. For example, suppose you work in the registration department at a college. What are the steps needed for a student to enroll for the first time? Please make sure to pick a specific action that needs to be accomplished. You will need to provide a minimum of 10 steps. Refer to the following examples of flowcharts: ******************************************************** EDU 618 Week 2 Inputs Resources For more classes visit www.snaptutorial.com Inputs/Resources. For your Final Paper, you will be required to create and explain a proposed logic model. This week, you will continue creating a portion of the model (the inputs/resources section). For those without a particular field, choose a field that most closely aligns to your future educational career. Refer to the Logic Model Development Program Implementation Template found in the appendix of the Kellogg Foundation Logic Model Development Guide, Using Logic Models to Bring Together Planning, Evaluation, and Action: Logic Model Development Guide,as an example.
