1. What a year..
We’re nearly in October, what a year it has
been. Here is a quick snapshot of what our
year has looked like to date, as well as
exciting milestones achieved and in the works.
With our key focus of building relationships for
life, we thought we’d keep you updated with
our journey.
NEWS FROM
Best Places To Work 2016
An exciting achievement, we placed #16 Best Places to
Work in Australia last month as published in the
Australian Financial Review. We continue to work hard
on not only building relationships, but building a great
culture and even greater people.
We are always on the look out for outstanding people to
join our growing team. If you know any great people,

2. The building is now locked up and
linings are nearing completion
internally. Kitchen installation is
well underway with tiling and
flooring to follow, Marty has been
keeping the works on track for
project completion in December.
The building is nearing lock-up and
the cladding is well and truly
underway. The windows have
recently been installed and
renderers have just commenced
external walls. Nick and Darrin
have been doing a terrific job to set
the standard for site cleanliness
and morale onsite. The client is
also very happy with progress to
date and is currently looking for
new projects to collaborate on.
Structure topped out at level 5 and
top level steel and timber framing
is underway. Rough-in has
commenced to basement and
ground floor, with framing to
ground and first nearly completed.
In the coming weeks, Shayne and
Scott will focus heavily on ensuring
internal works, as well as cladding
are completed.

With seamless team work
between Will and Kris, works have
been progressing well with
excavation and shotcrete works
completed. The coming weeks will
be focused on pouring footings,
car stacker slabs and basement
slab on ground poured, as well as
in ground services completed. A
major milestone for the project
was erection of the tower crane.

3. Structure works are underway with
basement slab complete and
ground floor now under
construction. The project is on
quite a tight site with tricky access
due to the surrounding powerlines.
After some challenging in-ground
latent conditions, James and Simon
have done a great job to get out of
the mud and keep things moving
along really well.
Construction has recently kicked off
at the Legacy apartments on
Nicholson St in Footscray. We are
looking to begin underground
services this week with pre-slab
works being undertaken over the
next week . We have currently
engaged the majority of our main
trades and are looking to
accelerate the structural works.
With Jesse and Mick overseeing
works onsite we’re excited to see
what’s to come in the coming
months.
The building is at lock-up with
plasterworks commencing internally.
The building truly looks like the
renders and the entire project team
is over the moon with the way the
building is coming together. Nico
has been driving the quality
standards on site. Now is the time to
focus on the quality finishes—very
exciting few months ahead for the
project.
An extension to an existing Aged
Care Facility involving a new
building with bedrooms, kitchen
and amenity areas as well as
renovations to existing structure
and linking sections between the
building. John and the team have
begun work onsite after holding
our Breaking of Ground Ceremony
in early September.

6. Upcoming Projects
Recently awarded, 10 level 37
apartment building in Richmond.
This will be another collaboration
with G3 Projects. Construction to
commence early 2017.
19-21 Judd Street, Richmond
Construction due to begin Q1
2017, another project to deliver
together with our friends at Anu
Corporation. 66 Apartments set
across three buildings.
The Rise 175 Blackburn Road,
Doncaster East
We’re definitely outgrowing our
current Headquarters! With a
planning permit approved for 26
boutique apartments over 9 levels
plus a communal roof deck.
Construction anticipated to
commence in Q2 2017.
