What is ST (standard time ) :
• It is the time it takes for a qualified worker, using appropriate processes and
tools, to complete a specific job, taking into account the time for worker
stress and inevitable delays.
What is the benefits of ST (standard time ) :
1) Measuring the cost of operating labor to calculate the cost of products
2) Performance comparison VS standard
3) Planning the optimization of available resources (Capacity planning -
scheduling)
4) VSM, SMED, TPM, Kaizen events and Yamazumi
How to calculate ST (standard time ):
1) Determine the process to be studied

(the rating puts by someone expert in the
