LEARNER’S NEEDS/GAPS:
The student was not able to submit his final examination and
performance task (3-minute speech) because he didn’t get his last envelope (last
week of the 2nd quarter). Based on the teacher’s records, the student was also
not able to comply the answer sheets for the 3rd week of the 2nd quarter.
According to the student, he got busy on the final weeks of Quarter 2 since he
had to help his father in repairing their house. The student only communicated
with the teacher during the finalization of grades which was during the last week
of February, 2021.
3. INTERVENTION/STRATEGIES PROVIDED:
*The student was informed a week prior to the last day of February, 2021
through messenger in the form of group chat about his incomplete grade issues so
that he can still have ample time to comply.
*The student was also informed through talk in person during the last
distribution of modules (February 18, 2021) as well as during the last retrieval of
modules (February 25, 2021).
*The teacher extended the submission of performance task and final exam
for two more weeks (week 1 and 2 of March, 2021).
