Executive Summary
➔ I can perform Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC methodology.
➔ During the study I had done two projects, one is for 5’S implementation at “Delite
Colors”, Vidyanagar GIDC and another is on “Six Sigma” project “Rejection
Reduction in Ampules” at “Ravi Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.”, Khambhat
➔ During the project of 5’S, I had provided training of all tools to employee at “Delite
Colors”

Ltd.” and at present at “ACROS Pvt. Ltd.” I am conducting internal audit &
supporting in external audit requirements.
➔ I also have knowledge of other statistical tools like control charts, Measurement
System Analysis (MSA), Pareto Chart etc which I am using to make summary of
data to present to management.
➔ Here at “ACROS Pvt Ltd.” I am handling on job training programs from workmen
to managers.
➔ As a QA person at “ACROS Pvt. Ltd.” I have gain knowledge of checking parts by
using drawing and instruments.
➔ I have experience of developing, implementing and analyzing processes for quality
and productivity improvement which helps to save in overall company cost.
➔ Currently at “ACROS Pvt. Ltd”, we (with team members) implement new
production / sales / purchase / D&D systems by using some tools of Lean
manufacturing with the help of software called ERPnext, which is totally under
mine.

Experience
1. Kemrock Industries & Exports Ltd.
➔ I had worked with Kemrock Industries & Exports Ltd as a “​Trainee ­ QMS”
from 12th July, 2012 to 31st Dec, 2012.
➔ As a trainee my responsibility is to help in all QMS related activities like ISO
documentations / audits / follow ups etc and preparing MIS / reports for
managers.
➔ I completed one project at “Kemrock Industries & Exports Ltd.” on “Rejection
Reduction in FRP panels due to paint defect” using six sigma tools.
➔ I was conducting 5’S trainings & audits at regular intervals and also training on
KAIZEN events.
➔ As a learning phase I gain basic knowledge of IRIS & TS standards of ISO.

3. 2. ​ACROS Pvt. Ltd.
➔ At ACROS Pvt. Ltd. I joined as a “QA­Executive” from 05th Jan, 2013.
➔ My core responsibility is to maintain all Quality Control & Assurance activities
covering all processes / operations of company.
➔ I am looking after 5’S, KAIZEN events from audit to reports. I developed
concepts of zero waste at production plant / office.
➔ Here, I am conducting trainings on various topics like Quality tools, System
trainings, Product Quality awareness etc.
➔ We (with team members) also applied lean manufacturing concepts to some
extent to smooth production line and increase productivity which results in
increment of productivity.
➔ From Sept ­ Aug 2014, I am transferred to System department to develop &
implement systems / SOPs for all processes / operations.
➔ Currently I am driving system development activities and also driving
functionality of software called “ERPnext” starting from customer purchase
order to payment process and implement this within six months.
➔ Here also I am handling internal audits & auditee of external audit of ISO
9001:2008. I am looking over all documentation work for ISO.
➔ I am also preparing reports for all above activities and present in MRM to
management.
➔ Currently I am working on to minimize / optimize cycle time of all process
starting from Sales Order to delivery with desire quality of customer.
➔ I have also experience of supplier audit.
