 Problem faced Before this Rolling M/C –
 Rolling of 3 mtr length & 2mm thickness is not possible in house.
 We were to depended on out-sources.
 Delivery time & Transportation cost as per not our control.
 Rolling quality was not also satisfactory.
 It was very difficult to maintain production schedule and Cost.
 Total Days to making New Rolling Machine – 42 days.
 Total Cost to making New rolling Machine – 26354.
 Total Manpower used – 3 person .
Financial Saving -
1.We have been quoted for same Applications about –
14.5 lacs and 8.0 lacs.
2.We have been quoted for Refurnishing Job for machine
was about – 1.71 Lacs.
3. Total Machine Cost – 26354.

1. Total Machine Length – 4000 mm.
2. Roller Length – 3400 mm.
3. Sheet Bending capacity – 1 mm to 4 mm.
4. Machine Structure Height – 500 mm.

7. Gear Motor rating – 1 HP, 50 Hz, 230 VAC.

1. Used Three MS Pipes for made Three Rollers from ESL scrap.
2. Used MS Angles and MS sheet for making Machine’s structure &
covers from ESl scrap.
3. From Outside Scrap We utilized MS Round Bar to make Roller
shaft of Gear motor and Stud for Roller Manual operation.
4. Used Old Gear & Gear Motor for Roller Forward & Reverse
Operation from ESl.
5.Used MS 15 mm sheet to make Roller Machine Assembly from ESL
scrap.
6. Purchased New Pedestals, Bearings & Casting Round Bar for
Machine.
How to Made All Machine Parts In house of Esl -
1. Cutting MS pipes on Hexo Machine to making Three Roller.
2. Cutting Round Bar on Hexo Machine & Manual Weld it in
Roller to making Roller shaft.
3. Cutting MS Angles on Cutter machine & Manual Weld as
per our design to making structure.
4. Use Lath machine for made stud , Supporting small Roller
and Roller Assembly.
