. Informal learning during our job is thus an highly efficient learning machine. But learning doesn't stop at your workplace. It is a myth that learning only happens in a school, at your work or in a classroom. With informal learning, there is no classroom. Your home, the neighborhood park, the community and the world are the classroom. There are enormous chances of learning outside our workplace.
