  2. We can learn always, everywhere at any time. People are learning from living with navy seals and living on a nuclear submarine
  3. The lessons learned from my nephews for me as a consultant, one of the most important learning experiences I had in years. And it was so simple
  4. . Informal learning during our job is thus an highly efficient learning machine. But learning doesn't stop at your workplace. It is a myth that learning only happens in a school, at your work or in a classroom. With informal learning, there is no classroom. Your home, the neighborhood park, the community and the world are the classroom. There are enormous chances of learning outside our workplace.
  5. What if: Learning is a naturally way of living and isn’t forces to time and location? What if: Learning is always made to measures for you as an individual? On your own pace and own style of learning What if: Learning is all about the ability to be adaptive?
