Background
While the Hotel does BTL activity at Night clubs/ Restaurants,
The effect of the same remained confined to event only.
Moreover the customer engagement level remained very low and
most of the time there was no brand/customer engagement at all.
The Solution
BTL Activity with the help of fun app (on tablets) called- FOTOTWIST.
FOTOTWIST KEY FEATURES
Customer pics are taken at party, then Customers are asked to add fun props
on picture like
Moustache, Wig, Beard, Glasses, spectacles, Pagris, Mole, Hat etc to liven
up the image.
Hotel”s name is added thereafter
Then Branded Moments of customers (UGC) are shared on customer”s
Facebook Wall/ Twitter page instantly.

Thus a local event becomes global on social sites resulting in multiplication of
impressions and generating phenomenal OTS.
