ANNIVERSARY

The City of Talisay is considered the Lechon Capital of Cebu and arguably has one of
the best lechon in the Philippines. The Halad Inasal Festival is celebrated during the
Fiesta of Talisay’s Patron Saint, Sta. Teresa de Avila. It showcases the City of Talisay’s
famous product as an offering for the constant guidance and blessings showered to
the Talisaynons.
II. DYHP Rap To pay tribute to DYHP’s journey for 60 years, here are the snippets of their wonderful
growth through words and music - inspired by the musical play Hamilton.

Solo Most often written to tell a story about the human condition, and many of these stories
are about finding or losing love, deceit, war, and natural disasters, Folk Songs keep
us connected to our past and culture; it connects us across the world. It is music that
transcends through souls just like this soulful rendition of Kinaham ni Lolo and Rosas
Pandan.

X. Bagani Bagani, a Hiligaynon word which means “warrior”, best describes that a true hero isn’t
measured by the size of his strength but by the strength of his heart. We once again
pay tribute to the men and women behind the pen through this song.
