This communication plan aims to guide key communicators in developing messages for stakeholders regarding the limited face-to-face classes, provide documentation and media management protocols, and establish crisis management protocols. It identifies students, administrators, parents, and community members as stakeholders and proposes communication interventions for each group led by different personnel. The plan also outlines traditional and social media materials that will be produced and distributed, and calls for establishing a crisis management team to coordinate implementation.

2. I. OBJECTIVES
This communication plan aims to:
1) guide the key communicators of the limited face-to-face classes in developing and crafting messages and interventions to the concerned stakeholders and;
2) provide documentation and media management protocols; and
3) establish field coordination and crisis management protocol for possible scenarios of the continuation of the limited face-to-face classes.
II. STAKEHOLDER MAPPING
As long as the threat of COVID-19 exists, educational stakeholders face daunting challenges in the reintroduction of physical classes. Communication will play a big role
in establishing interventions to identify issues that may hamper the implementation of the limited face-to-face classes and its eventual expansion.
