1. Most teachers have a little control over school policy or curriculum choice of tests or special placement of students, but must have a great deal of autonomy inside the classroom. To a degree shared by only a few other occupations, such as police work, public education rests precariously on the skill and virtue of the people and the bottom of the institutional pyramid.<br />As a future teacher, I should be both an efficient manager and effective leader not just only to the learners but also in the community. Being a teacher someday you should follow the curriculum being implemented and having a good management of time, instruction , discipline, relationship, physical environment and routines inorder to have an effective learning process and it will become conducive learning. Assisting pupils is so hard and challenges yet attainable and enjoyable responsibility.<br />Don’t try to fix the students, fix ourselves first. The good teacher makes the poor student good and the good student supervisor. Whe the student fails we, teachers too have failed. So, as a teacher you should be a good model to everyone, you must treat your students aqually and use appropriate strategies in teaching so that the pupils will understand.<br />From now on, I hope always to stay alert to educate myself as best as I can for the preparation someday and I will become one of the great teacher in the society and I can share my knowledge and wisdom to the people.<br />DAY ONE<br /> At this moment , when I entered at the school campus of Sta. Cruz Learning Center I felt nervous yet excited. I noticed that their school is conducive for learning and the school has a good vision or goal that the learners will gain a higher education.<br />When I entered to the classroom of Miss Rose Mary Icot, I noticed that the classroom is simple yet well-maintained clean and Grade two pupils are respectful and polite. I felt nervous when I saw teacher Rose because of her physical outlook that she is “strict” but after few minutes passed by, she come with us and entertained. Christy Niña and I were so lucky that she was our cooperating teacher it is because she is so friendly, helpful and lovable.<br />DAY TWO<br />During the discussion , I observed that some pupils participated and others talkative and busy drawing.
