Global vs Local Marketing (Five take away)
 Market Analysis- Branding and marketing of a product should be done after
analyzing the local market and the needs of the customers. A company should revisit
overall brand strategy before developing a new brand campaign.
 Communication with Local Market- There should be a proper communication
between the company and the local customers to promote the brand. It is important
that company's marketing team will able to understand the local language of a
particular market.
 SMART Goal- Before tapping a local market, a company should always set SMART
Goals which are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time based. This
analysis can help a company to strategize the local market accordingly.
 Tagline of the Product- When it comes to make a tagline, it should be appealing to
the local customers through which a customer can relate their emotions and
sentiments. These kind of branding strategies can help the company to expand their
product in local market.
 Local Campaign Development- A regular feedback from the local customers can
help to improve the campaign strategies and gives the direction to come up with some
creative and original campaigns for local market according to their needs and culture.
