Manufacturing. Pakistan Milk Food Manufacturing was established in 1968 at Jhang for
the manufacturing of Horlicks and baby cereals. In 2001, name Millac Foods (Pvt.) Ltd.,
Lahore was changed and state of the art plant was established near Lahore for
manufacturing Milk Powder, Butter and Butter Oil.

2. Implemented replacement program of obsolete Packaging Systems with efficient

3. UHT plant, Aseptic Tank and TB 19 Machines erection and commissioning.

Industries (Pvt.) Ltd, Lahore is a confectionary company engaged in candy, bubble and
biscuits manufacturing.

3. Operate proportioner and carbonator and maintain correct brix and carbonation. Ensure
proper start up and shutdown of bottle fillers, check and maintain net contents and
maintain standards.
4. Analysis of quality status, warehouse and market sampling and analysis and take
corrective action and equipment calibration.
5. Check residual caustic in washed containers and maintained required strength of caustic
and stallion in container washer and maintain specific temperature. Check and maintain
chlorination in final rinse water and check dissolved oxygen in water.
6. Check crown crimpage, proper closure application, torque and follow correct bottle
failure procedure.
7. Supervision and final checking of syrup for every batch. Record and maintain all testing
data.
