Job Responsibilities
1 Responsible for In-Line Process Monitoring and Verification as Quality Control
Supervisor to Ensure Proper Process Flow and Compliance with BRC standards.
2 To Maintain Batch Records for All Products Processed and Provide Link to Obtain
Traceability Process
3 To Verify Temperature and Other Pre Requisite Programs to Ensure Proper and Safe
Processing Environment,
4 To Perform Rapid test of Produced Product such as Moisture Fat PH and Weight
Evaluation and To Manage Compliance as per Specification
5 To Perform Hygiene Tests such as ATP, Swabs and Monitor Employee for Proper Hygiene
Conduct and System
6 To Provide Training to Employee As per Training Program in Various Fields Such as
Personal Hygiene, Storage, Production Process, BRC Awareness, Supervisor Training etc.
7 To Verify X-ray Sensitivity and Operations to Ensure Safety Release of Products.
8 To Prepare Quality Summary Report at the End of the Shift to Send to Quality Control

1 Responsible for testing and controlling the quality of all products, Incoming, in stock and

identification of Candida species by various methods like chrome agar and their species.
2 Microbiological environmental monitoring by settle plate method and by using air sampler,
Hand Swabs, equipment Swabs
3 Also worked in Aseptic plant producing of MANGO PULP.
4 Mentaining batch wise Quality parameter like
5 Brix , Acidity , pH , Viscocity. colour pantone code, and X-rite Colourimeter ,
consistency. Texture , Flavour .etc
6 Online ccps
7 CIP condition of line. handling of consistometer , Brok field Rheo meter, pH meter
,X-rite colourimeter.
8 And online process monitering.
