Overview - Aadhar
Aadhar is considered as the proof of residence and identity across the country
GoI is Using JAM Trinity (Jan Dhan, Aadhar, Mobile) to weed out the corruption &
Leakages, and provide transparent & accountable system to transfer the subsidy in the
form of DBT, to account directly.
Out of every Rs. 100 /- only ~ Rs. 21/- was reaching the poor, hence there’s scope to
gain the revenue and make the model sustainable while addressing the concerns raised
by the court regarding privacy, surveillance, and Exclusion of the genuine beneficiary.

By introducing the scheme of updating the address & id every 20 years, will make ~125
Crore our targeted segment in 20 years.
Charge only Rs. 10/- to make such changes.
Charges for updating mobile/email: Rs. 2/- (Chatbot/AI will make it easier)

resolving issue to 32 second.

Bank can be the outlet, as there’s less chance of corruption - e-receipt, online payment is easier, etc.

Making Aadhar Self-Sustaining Organization

Overview - Aadhar Aadhar is considered as the proof of residence and identity across the country GoI is Using JAM Trinity (Jan Dhan, Aadhar, Mobile) to weed out the corruption & Leakages, and provide transparent & accountable system to transfer the subsidy in the form of DBT, to account directly. Out of every Rs. 100 /- only ~ Rs. 21/- was reaching the poor, hence there’s scope to gain the revenue and make the model sustainable while addressing the concerns raised by the court regarding privacy, surveillance, and Exclusion of the genuine beneficiary.
  • 3. Understanding the problem Item 1 Current Revenue model is not enough to keep the model running for long without government support Existing model lack efficiency & technology and is corrupt. Item 2 Changes that can be brought into the existing model that could make it self sustainable Looking for other sources of revenue Item 3 Improved technological capability leads to decrease in cost Technological changes improve - the bottom line, incremental cashflow, better customer services, enhance capability

Total Population enrolled in Aadhaar System- ~125 Crore Size of my target audience- ~15 Crore By 2050 India’s population will be ~170 cr (www.worldpupulationreview.com) By introducing the scheme of updating the address & id every 20 years, will make ~125 Crore our targeted segment in 20 years. Charge only Rs. 10/- to make such changes. Charges for updating mobile/email: Rs. 2/- (Chatbot/AI will make it easier) Can be done seamlessly by application of technology and partnering with professional
  • 7. Target Segment Aadhar Enrollment Centers: Currently Aadhar enrollment is being dong through banks, charging minimum of Rs. 50/- for new issue and making any changes Rs. 20/- “Technology can help in improving the reach to targeted 15 crore population by next year”

Technological Changes Required - Chatbot/AI at mobile/web module Customer Service Management - Chatbot/AI can help in improving the reach to the population - Through interactive modules anyone can book an appointment with bank/office to enroll in aadhar - Chatbot will ask for the general details like name, age, id, etc. which will be updated to the server automatically - Time will be scheduled with the office like 1 pm to 1.30 pm on particular date/day - So at center just verification of the documents will be done - Mobile/Email updates cost will be negligible

Cost of setting up Tech driven Chatbot/AI Rs. 200 Crore Maintenance Cost for 5 years Rs. 50 Crore Total Cost Rs. 250 Crore Outsourced to AWS Amazon Lex chatbot services provided by Amazon This technology will reduce the burden on the system, improve the efficiency and reduce the corruption as time & date will be scheduled prior to visiting the place. Bank can be the outlet, as there’s less chance of corruption - e-receipt, online payment is easier, etc.
