“Brighton Gardens”, and Independent Living “Stratford Court”, Boca Raton, for over four years now.
Her duties as Executive Dining Manager called upon her to be both liaison to the residents as well as
coordinator for all back of house functions and needs.
She kept an articulate record of all in and out of house transactions as well as designed several programs to
assist with current company policies.
