PERSONAL PROFILE AND OBJECTIVES
Computer Science graduate from “Jordan University of Science and Technology”. Looking
forward to work for a reputable organization where I can apply my knowledge, my abilities and
my personal skills to achieve prosperous levels in my career.
I am willing to give total support to the organization that I am in, with the experience and

EDUCATION
2005 – 2009: Bachelor Degree of Computer Science from Jordan University of Science and
Technology.
 Took the complete sequence of project life cycle courses (software engineering, System
analysis, and project management), Communication skills courses, and Human Resources
Management course.
 Graduation Project was built using ASP.Net and AJAX tools with C# as a programming
language it was BBS (Bulletin Board System) for our university Using SQL Server 2005
for secured DB.
Average: 3.3, 77% rating is very good B+.

 Full Project Handling and Applying Project Management Knowledge Areas

 Full Project Planning with Activities Estimation
 Reporting Projects KPIs to CEO and Projects owners
 Help develop the different project charters for all departments and cross-functional
initiatives
 Develop the Project Timelines and Work Breakdown Structures on our Netsuite Project
Management solution (OpenAir) including key activities and milestones
 Help prepare and conduct the kick-off of the transformation program (Stakeholder

troubleshooting.
 Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) configuration and troubleshooting synchronized with
Wireless Control System (WCS).
 Access Control Server (ACS) configuration and troubleshooting.
 Mobility Anchor with roaming issues.
 Working in a whole Cisco Unified Wireless Network {CUWN} configuration and
troubleshooting.
 Soft skills in dealing with different type of customers, writing skills handling cases of
different types simple ones to most complicated urgent ones.
 Dealing with software bugs and applying workarounds on them.
