 Responsible for Spinning and Draw Line scheduling based on orders; coordinating
Spinning activities for setting up standards with accountability for strategic utilization &
deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives. Strategizing &

2.  Handling the responsibilities as a Engineer in Spinning & Draw Line Department;
looking after the maintenance to CTU &Creel area To Baler as per the ISO standards
using Production Planning and Total Quality Control Skills.
 Expertise in contributing to the success by technical proficiency in managing the
principles of Spinning unit operations, start up and shut-down, process variables and
its effect on product yield & quality, products with their application and alarm, trip and
interlocks of all the section and equipments. Possess competencies in managing teams
and delivering towards production, materials planning, and judicious deployment of
resources (manpower, materials & machines) to achieve targeted output levels.
 Responsible for handling the whole gamut of functions pertaining to product planning,
new product development, procurement, operations, coordination and quality control
etc.; handling a team of 65 members in Spg and 80 members in Draw Line to ensure
the smoothness of the overall operations. Carrying out the field and panel activities for
safe and optimum operation of the plant as per laid down procedures; observing and reporting
abnormalities in the area, compilation and follow up.

performance for optimum and safe operations.
 Responsible for panel operation and achievement of production targets; maintaining process
parameters, maintaining quality and handling plant emergencies etc.

the field and Instrument activities for safe and optimum operation of the Lab.
Projects :
 Specification Testing for CPC, CR & CS: Compared the testing results of CPC, CR & CS
at RIL Hazira and RIL Hoshiarpur Manufacturing Division and modified the formulae
accordingly at the Hoshiarpur Unit to match the results.
 Member of the team which reduced the amount of finish oil required in Conjugate Fibre
production by reducing the concentration of finish oil used thereby saving huge raw material
cost.
