Job Responsibilities :
 Complete responsibility of the daily plant operations, including shipping and receiving,
maintenance, production and quality conformance plus additional office responsibilities
as given by the management from time to time.
 Overseeing the generation of maximum profitability and ensuring full production levels
are being constantly met without any compromise on safety, quality, cost and inventory
management within operating budget constraints.
 Responsible for Sales coordination and production planning based on pending Sales
Orders / forecasts.
 Overseeing man and machine safety by putting into practice strict EHS norms as per
Company policies, ensuring proper use of PPEs and following safety regulations on shop
floor.
 Keeping a personal control on plant productivity by eliminating non-performers and
encouraging and motivating competent workforce.
 Time Study and evolution of better production techniques and methods.
 Maintenance of documentation records in ERP ( Microsoft Dynamics / Axapta ).
 Exercise control over third party manufacturing operations and ensure finished goods
conform to Company specifications.
 Selection and design of all equipment and plant layouts.
 Coordinate between Inventory Control and Procurement divisions to maintain minimum
stock levels of all raw and packing materials.
 Preparation and regular follow up of Preventive Maintenance Manual for all machines
and other plant assets including stock maintenance of all tools, fixtures and other
miscellaneous spares.
 Introduction of new products in the production line from laboratory scale, for full scale
commercial production.
 Responsible for the generation, storage and proper disposal of industrial waste vide
Government authorized bodies, maintenance of all records and ensuring proper hygiene
in the workplace. Periodic interaction with local pollution control bodies.
