The main responsibility is to make Sure the operation and maintenance of Optical Transmission Network Of
Mobilink (OFJAN, LDI/SDH & DWDM Equipment).
• Maintaining Optical Network ie Ericsson based SPO Nodes[1400 Series], OFJAN and LDI network on Huwei
network nodes in C-2 and C-3 regions.
• Alarms handling including service, communication and equipment alarms of OFJAN, LDI, SDH & DWDM
Huawei equipment.
• Prepare Link Budget report on monthly basis to analyze the proper functioning of Mobilink Backbone Fiber
Optical System.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance of OFC(Optical Fiber Cable) route of length 1400 Km.
• Conducted ATP/PAT for 3G links in the region and maintaining optical values in Metro and long Haul(Based
on PAU and LGX).
• Monitoring on IPTNMS , Ericsson Network and SNCP Protection SPO Configuration.
• Providing On Line support to field teams at IPTNMS and SOEM during planned activities.
• Vendor coordination on all levels to meet certain on site challenges that includes planned or un-foreseen
cable cuts and threats.

The responsibility is to maintain the cluster of Ericsson based 150 BTS cell sites in terms of
BSS/Txn/ENV/QoS/RFO issues.
• Maintaining BTS sites in Central region (Khushab/Joharabad) under Micro Business Unit
(MBU) Structure.

2. • Supervising ATP/PAT at local level in the region that include TXN[X-pic links],BSS and Power related
issues.
• Monitoring on IPTNMS , Ericsson Network and SNCP Protection SPO Configuration , TN
Nodes(2p,6p,20p,Cn) alarms.
• Monitoring & Maintenance of RF KPIs, Low CSSR, High DCR,RTC Drops, SD/TCH Blocking, HO
degradation, Zero Calls Rectification .
• Following up on issues related to other departments such as deployment, optimization, cell planning
and Coordination with different departments BSS planning, NOC, optimization, NSS, Cell planning for the
projection and resolution of different BSS issues.
• Good working experience at currently installed Ericsson based RBS6000 series.
• Working with different quality assurance Teams to enhance the TCH and call connectivity.
• Vendor coordination at all levels to meet the KPIs with in timelines efficiently.
 An Extra Mile:- Worked voluntarily as central region Rep. with PMCL Infrastructure
sharing Team.
The main responsibility is to provide DC sharing with OMO including Telenor,CM PAK,Warid and U-fone.
• Main objective was to reduce the fuel consumption for sites and hence providing DC power solutions.
• DC power offered/implemented and also shared on guest sites to overcome fuel demanding issues.
• Providing proper battery backups for enhanced backup and lower fuel utilization.
• Proper coordination with OMOs during the project led to completion of more than 100 BTS sites that
includes guest and HOST sites.

The responsibility is to provide NOC based TXN/ BSS/ ENV back-Office support and Performance
related activities.
• Troubleshoot system problems such as Handover failure, Poor originations, Frequency-related issues,
and Interference. Identify causes of RF interference, make recommendations and provide solutions for
reducing interference.
• Analyzing the Network Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and reduce Drop calls and resolving
Ineffective attempts trouble tickets raised by QoS.
• Good working experience on Citrix presentation server client to maintain Ericsson network KPIs.
• Hands on experience on Alcatel-Lucent BSS entities B11/B10/B09(BSC/BTS/MFS/TC).
• Coordination with vendors to minimize MTTR. Develop relevant applicable solutions / reports to
