3. Project Innovation
refers to projects that will replace
existing systems or procedures with
newer ones, or more broadly, bringing
something new to replace existing
ones within a defined scope.
Example. Upgrade from a 4G to a 5G network,
or from a 3G to a 4G network. The process is
producing something newer, but they may not be
"new" on a global scale (in the world).
4. Project Innovation
is the introduction of new ideas,
goods, services, and practice which
are intended to be useful.

5. Project Innovation
For teachers, this could be a
product of *contextualization and
**indigenization.
*contextualization-refers to the education process
of relating the curriculum to a particular setting,
situation or area of application to make the
competencies relevant, meaningful and useful to all
learners.
**indigenization- refers to the process of enhancing
curriculum competencies, education resources, and
teaching-learning process in relation to the bio-
geographical, historical and socio-cultural context of
learner’s community.

7. Republic Act No. 9155 known as
Governance of Basic Education Act
of 2001
provides among others the strengthening of School-
Based Management (SBM) by further
devolving the governance of education to
schools, empowering school heads,
teaching and non-teaching personnel in
expanding community participation and
involvement and making the delivery of educational
service to the learners more responsive, efficient and
effective through an enhanced school planning and
improvement that lays down specific interventions
through initiated projects in schools.
8. Republic Act No. 9155 known as
Governance of Basic Education Act
of 2001
In consonance with the Act, all
teaching and non-teaching
personnel are encouraged to
innovate school-based initiated
projects geared towards the
improvement of the teaching-learning
process and school governance.

(This section's purpose is to convey the reasons
for doing this project as well as the project's goals.
It is especially important to write plainly and clearly
in this section. To be able to answer the following
questions, you must be able to:
Why are you doing this project?
What will you be doing?
How will you be doing it?

Where will it be done?
How long will it take?
How much will it cost?

This section lays out the strategy for achieving the
project's goals. It usually begins with a summary of the
overarching strategy.
You should establish a detailed project schedule in this
area. Make a list of the tasks that will be completed for this
project, and double-check that the list is accurate and that
the tasks are split down.
Make a list of the "deliverables" for the project. (These are the items that
will be supplied to the client at the end of the project and during it.)
Include a brief summary of the deliverable.
This section details the significant project risks and delineates
the plans to alleviate or control them.

You'll need to estimate the project's overall
cost in this part.
