A story telling for importance of rainfall ........

1. Bright penetrating sun beams on his forehead sweating all over body,
simple looks was defined himself as a hard working person was working in that
hot afternoon in his fields in expectation of next healthy heavy crops .Itwas too
hot in comparison of last year hence was hardly work for maximum two, three
hours a day .
Since last two years till now ,a long waiting phase without rainfall for all
farmers & all citizens of that village was too critical to grow & survive. Entire
population of his town daily risein expectation of that will be rainy day but at last
go to hopeless restless dry sleep.
As usual with listening weather forecastby weather meteorologists ,farmers
group with their bulls was moved to path connected farms to main road had clear
dotted space ,walking with slow steps in farmers row in humid but without a
single drop of rain water ,he looked at cloudy sky when all water sources ,ponds,
water wells etc of town were about to had least water volume to be consumed by
population near farms maximumfor an year. Only two wells of that wholearea

2. except water sources for fields & farms had insufficient water so that it was
looking like a desert place. Hot winds were all around green leaves turned yellow
& falling down from branches that suddenly created extremely hot ,though
autumnn was too far but seems like that due to extreme dry weather & dry
leaves layers on ground everywhere.
Today, it was a scorcher so mostof the families weretaking shelter near banyan
tree beside the well ,workless day & town population was gathered there to
discuss over this droughtproblem to solve ,he was as a senior most in town was
suggesting somepoints like to wait till rainfall ,but few among them opposed it &
suggested to lock houses & to migrate fromtown to cities for searching work
there & temporary houseto live till it become normalcondition in their town for
return back here.
Each & everyone supported second option & a long discussion on precious water
drops & a gassy star ,sun was up to end now till evening. All tanned faces were
now returned to their homes which were telling their tragic story they were
facing fromlast few months .Umbrellas on head was only a single object to
protect them fromsuch a killing sun rays. In between droughtall over , violently
spinning cyclone moved & picked up everything in its path including huts, grass
sheds, plows , plants etc which made people scared of it , hot blowing air outside
keep all bound in houses to be safe& drinking water also too hot to drink & in
small quantity can’t satisfy thirstof people .
Everyonewas praying god & dropping tears fromeyes for facing about this great
hazard .Everyday sleptwith sameexpectation of it will be rainy soon to feel relief
,in this sequence ,it was as usual in midnight when entire village was in sound
sleep, suddenly a thunderstormwith loud noise in moments was convertin heavy
rainfall so everyone now ran to their doors ,dancing & singing with falling
raindrops .
Cold weather out & inside houses was felt it like lively after long hot period, all
tanned faces ,sunburns on body parts healed up by rain water, they all thanking
god ,ringing bells in animals neck, ladies ornaments sounding chhun chhun
,unbind their hairs to show happiness , blue sky with cloud layers now looks like a

3. shower & it became rainy for a week, shining crops weretickling with sun rays
,smiling faces with precipitation of rain in gassy sun was invisiblemade each &
everyonefelt so cool. Nearest dam was full of water & every water sourcenow
had enough water to be consumed for two ,three years by entire population ,
land was now muddy & children were playing ‘ringa ringa roses ‘,floating paper
boats in water pond ,flowers blooms again & till the end of second week ,its now
drizzling to be end with raining slight slow.
Measurement of temperature became easy now go down initiate them to plan for
camping trip near waterfall.Cloudy layers blocking penetrating sun rays ,breezes
fromall direction made area like beach , dry leaves & plants now had enough
moistureto converted in green again.
Sky sprinkles the rain drops all over the dry land. It was now sunny morning again
after two weeks with thin cloudy layer & on flower petals, shining water drops
were seems like boon of god as he was pouring nectar fromhis overflowing pot .
These last rainy two weeks dropped water drops everywherejustlikenectar
drops to made whole village lively & green land for dying lives so all those
survived & lived happily again with their daily works .
