Introduction
 Wireless networks have given a privilege to organizations to have less cables
and slightly less management, but few more hardware component. However,
wired networks offer low losses.
 In order to offer mobility and future ready services, network designed for ABC
technologies comprises of both wireless and wired network.
 SNM has analyzed the key requirements of ABC technologies and crafted a
comprehensive solution that will fulfill the ABC’s current and future business
needs.
ABC Business Requirements
 To setup a network for its office in Georgia (head office) and branch in New
York.
 Office must have following
a. Setup of meeting conference room with VoIP phones and must have surveillance
camera through out the office.
b. Full Wi-Fi access with 802.11i security protection.
c. Should have backup connection in case of network failure.
d. A printer for each office which can be accessed by all the systems with in the
office.
e. Network outage and maintenance need to be informed 2 weeks prior.
f. RFID floor access will be maintained by Honeywell systems and data should be
incorporated with in their servers.
 Total cost of installation should not exceed USD 50,000
 Maximum time for installing the network is 12 weeks
