processing and line of production, from mixing to filling duties.
Covering:
Supervision of syrup manufacturing to ensure mixing is done as per recent formulations and
process
Conducting all chemical, microbiological and organoleptic testing of finished products.
Testing of incoming raw materials and reporting when products received do not comply with
the coca cola standards.
Conduct all required analysis and treated water used in production as well as carbon dioxide
produced onsite.
Performing statistical process control (spc) on equipments’ as per schedule, and reporting
discrepancy.
2. Liasing with production supervisors with regard to product quality trends
Periodical montoring and survey of the retained samples taken during production.
Supervision of cleaning and sanitizing procedures.

PERFOMED THE HACCP in Practice Training Course from9-11 August 2005, and enclosed a
certificate of successful completion from SGS (LIBAN) S.A.L.
IN JAN 2009 I was promoted to quality systems coordinator and I was involved in setting up the
quality systems of the three plants of the company (coca cola, pampa juice and Nada water), to
develop and implement a well-organized system complying with the international Management
Standards (ISO 22000).
And I was appointed as systems coordinator involved in setting up the safety and environment
systems complying as well with the international safety and environmental standards.
Jan 2010 in addition to the quality system coordinator duties I was assigned as a production
manager for the new launched Cornelli Ice Cream Plant at that time.
